Items are shipped:

UK: sent 2nd class Standard (takes roughly 3-5 working days)

International: Standard international (takes roughly 7-15 working days)

In the rare event that the item doesn't show up within the above times, please be patient. An item is not considered lost by the postal service until 8 weeks.

Date Needed By: If you need an item by a certain date, please inform me early so we can discuss options.

Marked As Gift: This is for gift receipts. Please note if you are outside the UK, I must, by law, include a customs form with the item amount listed on the outside of the package and an invoice taped to the front. So cannot fulfill this request.

Customs: I won't mark any item as a gift on a customs form, as this is illegal.

All silver (including sterling silver and silver-plated) reacts to chemicals in the air, that cause tarnishing.

Tarnishing can also be accelerated by contact with tap water, perfumes, hair sprays, even oils from the skin etc.

While tarnishing is a natural process that cannot be prevented, it can be slowed down. Put jewellery on after you have applied makeup/perfume & hair products not before.

Store jewellery in a way that limits its exposure to air and humidity such as in an air-tight container and keep it out of direct sunlightwhen not wearing them. Wipe jewellery with a soft dry cloth after wearing, before putting it away.

Avoid contact with water, so do not wear jewellery in the shower, bath, or while swimming.

Unfortunately, I am no longer attending a pottery studio so will not be making any further pottery pieces in the near future.

All pottery pieces listed are the remaining pieces I have.

Once I am able to restart visiting a pottery studio, I will take custom pottery orders. When that happens I will amend this answer to confirm but until then, I cannot make custom pottery pieces.

If youre not satisfied for whatever reason in accordance with the EU Distance-selling law you must contact me within 14 days of receipt. If the item was damaged, please contact me with photos first

You must contact me before returning the item as a returns number will be supplied. Items must be returned within 30 days.

ALWAYS include "RETURNED UK MERCHANDISE" on the front of package so it clears customs. Once I have received the item back I will issue a refund.

Refunds will be give within 14 days of me receiving goods back or receiving evidence that the item(s) were shipped back if it hasn't yet arrived.

Item must be returned undamaged & in original packaging where possible along with any free gift if supplied.

If you receive your item damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and of the packaging immediately and send them to me via Etsy convo.

Please keep all packaging until I confirm this can be discarded (it may be necessary when making a claim).

I can then send you either a replacement item (if applicable) or a refund (incl. shipping). You would need to confirm which you require.

If I don't hear from you after 5 days, I will just send a refund.

Please note the following items are non-refundable:

* Custom orders
* Stud-earrings
* Downloadable items

Fishhook earrings can be exchanged or refunded (once returned) as the earwires can be replaced.

To mark an item as gift when ordering, means you do not want an invoice included.

However, for my international orders, I legally have to include an invoice on the front of the packet and also list the item cost on the customs forms.

While I do not officially "gift wrap" items, almost all my items are sent in organza bags, wrapped in bubble wrap, tissue paper and/or in a pretty paper bag with a thank you note.

But, depending on what it is, not always.

Unfortunately, this is mostly because of the cost of my business insurance. To send to certain countries would add several hundred pounds to my business insurance which is just to high. So I had to decide to stop shipping to them.

There is a list of countries within my announcement that I do ship to. Some may slip through the net so if you aren't sure, contact me. It might be that I can ship there but missed listing it.
